Jeff Peila, DVM
Dr. Peila is one of the owners and currently has the longest tenure with Valley Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Peila was born and raised in Lyons, CO and worked at Valley Veterinary Hospital as a college student. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1988. After graduation, he practiced in a mixed animal hospital on the south coast of Oregon, later moving a large small animal practice in metropolitan Portland. In 1995, he joined Valley Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Peila's professional interests include general surgery, stifle/cruciate ligament repair including the TPLO and tightrope, wound management and reconstruction, and endoscopy. Dr. Peila's outside interests include wood turning, fishing, and coaching youth baseball. He keeps quite busy with a wife, 3 kids, 3 dogs and 2 cats.
Robert Biller, DVM
Dr. Biller, the other owner of Valley Veterinary Hospital, has lived in Longmont, Colorado for 13 years.He received his DVM from CSU in 1994 and has been working at Valley Vet Hospital since 1998. He is currently practicing at our Valley Vet North location. When not in the office Dr. Biller can be found enjoying his favorite outdoor activities of bird hunting and fishing with his wife and son and their two Labrador Retrievers
